Create your learner account so you can log in, connect to your instructors and class schedules, and start taking quizzes inside the Offline QMS.
Prepare your username, your student ID if available, your course and semester, then select your instructors and class schedules.
- Username must be at least 3 characters and use only letters, numbers, dots, underscores, or hyphens.
- Password must be at least 6 characters and must match the confirmation field.
- School year must follow the `YYYY-YYYY` format.
You’ll be redirected back to the login page so you can sign in using your new student account.

Terms of Use

1. Valid account information
You agree to provide truthful and current registration information. False, duplicate, or misleading student records may be corrected, suspended, or removed by the administrator.
2. Academic use only
This system is intended for legitimate school use such as quiz participation, classroom grouping, performance review, and related administrative processes.
3. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Do not share your password or allow another person to take quizzes or submit work using your account.
4. System integrity
You must not attempt to alter quiz content, manipulate scores, impersonate other users, or interfere with normal operation of the Offline QMS.
5. Administrative authority
Authorized school administrators may review, correct, or update registration records, schedules, and account access when necessary for classroom management, audit, or security reasons.

The system may store your username, full name, student ID, course, semester, school year, assigned schedules, quiz submissions, scores, remarks, and registration date.

This Offline QMS is designed for local or school-controlled use. Data is intended for internal academic and administrative purposes rather than public distribution.

If your record or schedule is incorrect, you may request a correction from the administrator. Avoid creating duplicate accounts to fix profile issues.
5. Retention and review
Student records and quiz history may be retained as part of school reporting, grading support, and audit needs, subject to the institution’s internal practices.
